Effective 15 October 2026. Applies to the Presidium Image Studio desktop app, the hivemind-imagestudio package, and this website.
Nothing is sent to Presidium or to any third party. The app keeps data only on your computer, under your user profile (%LOCALAPPDATA%\hivemind-imagestudio): your prompts and generated images, settings, a log file, calibration timings from your own renders, and, if you pair a phone, a hashed key for that device. You can delete all of it by deleting that folder; the uninstaller tells you where it is and leaves it in place so your images are not lost.
Images are created locally and stored locally. Each PNG carries its prompt and settings in its metadata so you can reproduce it; remove the metadata before sharing if you do not want that.
If you install from the Microsoft Store, Microsoft handles the download and updates under its own privacy terms. The app itself behaves exactly as described above.
The app is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone.
Changes to this policy are made in the public repository with its history. Questions: open an issue at github.com/presidiumdev/presidium-imagestudio/issues.
